Finding The Spot
Dashawn
The next day the girls, except Lyla, had a spa day while us guys rode around town, trying to figure out where the fight would be. We knew where the clubhouse was, and we also knew there was no open space around it for battle fighting. The Mother Chapter was located in a run–down building in the industrial area, where the warehouses for some casinos were, bars,
strip clubs and some fast food places.
We drove to the outer suburbs and desert areas. There were a few possibilities. Every possibility was open space, no buildings, no real brush to hinder foot placement. I worried about Samantha’s safety. I was really contemplating asking her to stay at the hotel, but I knew that would not only be a no but a resounding h*ll no. Plus, I’m pretty sure Lyla and Resa would kick my a*s if I did. Lyla had disappeared for a while today and when she came back
she had a huge grin on her face.
“Where have you been that has a smile like that on your face? It’s creepy,” Ice asked.
I silently agreed but was smart enough not to comment on it.
“I found the rat I was looking for. I’ll be hunting later on after the fight to take care of
something.”
I gave her a questioning look and she shook her head. I did wonder if she had taken a job. Lyla never did anything just for f*n. She always had an agenda.
The next day after that, we were all anxious. The fight was the next night, and we still hadn’t heard from them. If they didn’t contact us then it was a forfeit, and I didn’t see that
happening.
I took Kong for a walk. Samantha was sleeping. I was restlist, I had probably been walking for maybe a half an hour when Kong suddenly growled. I was zoned out, and I snapped out of it.
“Hey, Sugar, want some company?”
I looked at the woman in a short skirt and tube top with sky–high heels. Her face was made up and her hair was teased. I looked around and realized I had walked down Las Vegas
Boulevard. I was right before the main strip.
“Um, no, thanks.”
“That’s a pretty dog,” she said, as she stepped up beside me and walked with me. I looked at

her questioningly.
“Thanks, can I help you with something?”
“Well, I was curious. I see you have one of those leather vests on.”
“It’s called a cut.”
“Mmhmm. Well, why are a bunch of you hanging out at the drive–in? You have all been making a lot of noise out there for a couple of days now.”
I stopped walking and turned to her.
“You saw a bunch of us hanging at the drive–in? With these cuts?”
“Yeah, except now that I’m looking at yours, this patch is different.”
She said, pointing at my New York State patch.
“What have you seen?”
“Well, it mostly looks like you guys have been partying. I live over there, and you are all having some sort of good time at night. I do see some fake fighting and wrestling going on, but it’s all
fun and games, right?”
“Right,” I said, pulling a hundred out of my
“You want a blow job?”
wallet.
“No, that’s for the conversation. Get a meal.”
“Will do Sugar,” she said, slipping the hundred into her tube top.
Kong and I jogged back. I found the guys at two black jack tables.
“Close it out, I have some news.”
Instantly, hands were being played and chips were being gathered. We all got into the elevator
and went to Ice and Demons room.
Kong flopped on Demons bed. Demon snarled at him and Kong stared him down, head low, eyes following. Demon shook his head and flopped next to him where he patted his leg, and
Kong put his head on it.
“I went for a walk with Kong and had a conversation with a pr*stitute.”
Eyebrows went up and I rolled my eyes.
“She asked me why a bunch of us were hanging at the drive–in.”

“So that’s where they all are,” Crush said, as he pulled his phone out. “It’s in North Las Vegas.”
He sent us all a link, and we all pulled up an aerial view of the place.
“Odd spot. Is this where we are fighting?” Pit asked.
“It’s far from their clubhouse. I don’t see why else they would be hanging there. It is odd. Those little hills are going to be a bother,” Cueball said.
“I don’t think it’s big enough. I mean there’s three hundred of us, their whole club is bound to be there, you know they know we are in town,” Twist said.
“Oh, sh*t the lot across the street, it’s one huge abandoned parking lot. Used to be a casino
next to it. It’s shut down now,” Shooter said.
I moved my map over and sure as sh*t the spot was huge.
“That’s it,” I said.
“Yep,” Ice confirmed. Demon and Crush both grunted their affirmative.
“Now we just need the time,” I commented. No sooner than I said that, Ice got a ping.
“Midnight, tomorrow night, across from the drive–in,” he said.
We all got quiet. This was it. I looked around at my brothers, some looked back and around
too.
“We got this. We’ve been training. The pr*stitute said it looked like they were partying, fake fighting and wrestling. They’re brawlers, we’re killing machines. Each of us is deadly with our knives. Tonight, we eat, don’t drink too much, or at all. Maybe gamble a little or bowl, or h*ll, let’s take over the Bingo hall, give those old biddies something to gossip about. But tonight we will relax. We will sleep most of the day tomorrow and I don’t know about any of you? But, I’m getting a massage, before I get some fists pounded into me,” I said.
Laughter broke out, and I looked at all of them confused before I realized what I had just said.
“I was trying to be inspirational a*sholes.”
“Hey, if you want to get fisted, no judgment. But, I would definitely stick to Sammy for that. Her hands are prettier and smaller,” Dice said.
I flipped him off. We broke apart, but not without giving each other bro hugs. I took Kong back to our room. I knew Lyla was gone again, doing God knows what or who.
I opened the door to our room and there was my girl sitting back against the headboard with
her phone.

“Hey, Sweet Girl.”
“Hey, I was just about to text you.”
“Went for a walk, found some info from a h*oker and talked to the guys.
“Hanging with h*okers now are we?” she said, with a smirk.
I smiled and crawled up the bed. She spread her pretty thighs for me and I kissed her belly.
“Hi, sweet peas,” I said. I laid my ear to her belly hoping to feel something. But got nothing.
“She asked why a bunch of us were at the local drive–in. We figured out where the meeting
spot was going to be. Across from that place, and it’s at midnight tomorrow night.”
“Oh,” she whispered, all her teasing gone. We looked at each other. She ran her hands
through my hair, scratching my scalp. I was due for a cut, but I liked this feeling, so I might
keep it a little long.
I told her about the relaxing plan I had. We decided to book a couples massage for tomorrow.
She thought the Bingo joke actually sounded like fun, so I put out a group text for the nine
p.m. session. Whoever came, came, my girl wanted to play Bingo.

This was it. Kimber and Tabi sat next to me in the back of the SUV on our way to the meeting
spot. Lyla was in the passenger seat. Kong was behind me, sleeping next to Resa.
Ciara rode with Theo, and Tally rode with Demon. She still didn’t give Demon a definitive answer, but right now they were friends, she said. But she wanted her arms around him in case it was the last time. I told her not to think that way, that we had to stay positive, but I
had to admit to myself I was scared.
I rubbed my belly in big circles. I wanted to feel my babies move. I needed something to
ground me.
Suddenly, a wetness hit my cheek and snuffling was in my ear. Kong licked my cheek and I
giggled.
“I love you too, buddy.”
“He can feel your nervousness,” Lyla said.
“Sorry.”

“Don’t be. It’s healthy to be worried. But they have this. I have every bit of faith in them. None
of them would let me down. All but three have trained for this most of their lives and the three
that didn’t have improved so much, it’s almost like they have. I am that good of a trainer,” she said smugly. I smiled at her confidence. We made a turn and the lit parking lot was packed.
Surprisingly, our bikes and the SUV were the only vehicles, so I guess they left theirs across
the way.
It looked as if their whole club showed up, which was a lot less than the LOC’s New York club.
I would say in total they had three hundred guys, give or take a few, and there were a few women. We got out of the SUV. Some men whistled at the likes of us. Kong glued himself to my side. With Lyla on my other side we were given a wide berth. We made our way to the front of the circle. I was dressed in black maternity jeans, my biker boots, a long sleeve black
t–shirt and my cut. I was wearing it proudly. I wanted everyone to know whose woman I was. Especially the women that had to be freezing their a*ses off in the clothes they were barely wearing. I mean it was warmer than New York right now, but it was still mid fifties at night in
Vegas.
I was surprised to see some of their people greet ours. It didn’t look like the Vegas Chapter was in agreement on how things were run. That’s not good for a club.
There was a giant circle formed. Ten guys stood in the middle, all shirtless, all holding
wicked–looking knives.
Dashawn came over to me and smiled, his hands cupping my face as he leaned down and kissed me. Then he dropped to a knee and kissed my belly. I heard some of the women in the other club go ‘awe‘ and I looked at them, their hands were over their hearts.
He stood and took off his cut. He handed it to me, along with his brown t–shirt. God, my man
was beautiful. I heard murmurs of appreciation about all the guys, but I ignored them.
All our club guys stood across from the others, knives in their hands. Demon and Crush each had a f*cking machete. My whole body shuddered.
“You okay,” Tally asked, leaning over and whispering in my ear.
I shook my head, I wasn’t. I was having a hard time holding myself together. She grabbed my
hand and squeezed it.
A man took a bullhorn to his lips, the place went silent.
“There has been a challenge for the prestigious title of being the Mother Chapter. The New
York chapter has challenged the Mother Chapter on the grounds of corruption and coercion. Rank against rank to the death. There is no mercy, you must kill your opponent. Once your

opponent is killed, you can help others. The only weapon allowed are knives, which includes machetes, and hand axes. If, for some reason, all perish, either by an opponent or their wounds, then the Mother Chapter stays in the state it is in. There will be no winners, and all
other club members and Old Lady’s go home. The challenge becomes null and void. No one should interfere that aren’t part of ranks that are fighting. If someone does, punishment will
be swift. Are the ranks ready?” He shouted.
The twenty men in the middle shouted yes. My whole body was vibrating, Tally and Resa
threw their arms around me. Kong was on alert, low growls in the back of his throat. I had a
death grip on his leash. Lyla stood stock still except for her eyes. They were jumping everywhere looking for a threat. I looked at her. She was like a statue and then her eyes
stopped on someone. I tried to see who she was looking at, but I couldn’t figure it out. I looked back at her, and I was startled. She had the most sinister smile on her face. I audibly
swallowed.
The bullhorn blasted and my eyes snapped back to watch Dashawn. They all stood still. The
air felt thick with tension. The crown started to chant, yell, and scream. I gasped as the first
man moved.

I thought I could get it all in one chapter but I couldn’t. Last night I said just two more chapters would be written but it looks like two tonight, then possibly another chapter then the epilogue. Unless I decide to write everything in the epilogue, but I don’t know if it’ll flow right.
