Tally’s Story

My dad and mom were in awe of the clubhouse. They had just pulled up to the gate of the compound half an hour ago. We went down to meet them and then rode back with them to Dashawn’s parents‘ house to drop off their things before making our way to the clubhouse.
Tawny and Hunter were getting along famously with my parents. My dad was regaling them with stories of his youth when he and a couple of buddies were weekend riders. I could see the amusement in the faces and eyes of the older bikers, but they made my dad feel like one of them. My mom fit right in with all the Old Ladies. Tawny and her acted like they were old
friends.
I was happy to see none of the club girls were anywhere to be seen. I would have hated having to explain them to my parents. The atmosphere was festive with all the families there. I noticed none of the non–married bikers that weren’t family were there. I asked Dashawn about it, and he said it was because this was just for the families. I liked it like this. No rowdiness, or crudeness at all. Even Ice and Narissa were on their best behavior.
Tally glued herself to me. She rambled on and on about how happy she was to see her
favorite brother in love and with an Old Lady.
“I’m your only brother, Sprite.”
“That makes you my favorite,” she said, sticking her tongue out at him. Her eyes shifted and then she blushed. I looked over and saw Ambrose staring at her. Hmm.
She then went into stories about her tour and the fans she met.
“Dashawn had a brilliant idea and put out a promotion like contest to win a date with me. It launched my career. I was just becoming popular, and then he did that and I skyrocketed. The people had to submit a video of why they should be chosen. There were literally thousands of videos. Star Media chose the winners and then flew them to where I would be, on my tour. I went on five dates. One was with a group of girls for a fun girls‘ date at a spa, and then we ate our weight in Mexican food, and we gossiped about boys. It was so fun. Another date was with this sweet thirteen–year–old girl. Her mother sent a video in. In the video she pleaded for her daughter to be chosen. She was being bullied in school, and she said her daughter was literally wasting away right before her eyes. Her name is Amy. She had braces and short blonde hair. She has the biggest blue eyes I have ever seen. She was very quiet at first, but she later opened up. That was four years ago. Now she is a freaking showstopper. Her hair

is to her waist, her braces are gone. She looks like a Greek Goddess. We have kept in touch
all this time. She wants to be a doctor. The rest of my dates were with guys. Two of them
were nice enough. They were a little shy, we had lovely dinners.”
I was watching Ambrose as she talked to me. His neck was flushed red. His knuckles were
white around the beer bottle he had in his hand. I was afraid it would shatter.
“What about your last date?” I asked her. Then I looked at Ambrose.
“His name is Drake. He’s the same age as us. He’s a charmer, supre cute. Tall, dark and
handsome type. We still talk. I see him occasionally when I am in his city. We’ve become really good friends.” She blushed when she said this.
Ambrose looked like he was in pain. His jaw was clenched, there was a storm going on behind
his eyes. His neck and face were flushed. I picked up my drink to take a sip and hide my
smile.
“Al, would you like to check out some of the bikes we have around?” Dashawn asked my dad.
I’ve never seen my dad move so fast. He jumped out of his seat like his a*s were on fire. The
smile on his face was priceless. My mom giggled and I smiled. I loved seeing my parents
like this. I have missed them. They were always so busy. Dashawn kissed me and said he’d
be back. Most of the men went with them. I felt Tally relax next to me and I looked over to
see Ambrose left with the men.
“Okay, spill,” I said to her.
“What?” she asked, startled. Cia, Kimber, Narissa and Resa came and sat with us.
Dinner had been delicious, and everyone was now just enjoying themselves while visiting.
“I want to know why you avoid looking at Ambrose and why every time you talk about a guy he
looks like he’s going to blow a gasket,” I said.
She scoffed, “He’s not going to blow any gasket. He couldn’t care less about me.
“That’s a bunch of bullsh*t, and you know it,” Resa said.
“It’s not. Fine. I’ve had a crush on Demon since I was sixteen. No, that’s not right. It started
when I was fourteen. I was tasked with raking leaves one day. He came riding up on his bike
looking for Shawn, and he was just so hot. He had his hair long back then. It was to his
shoulder blades, and it was in waves. He’s always had curly hair, but the longer it grows, his
curls turn into waves. I swear the man could do shampoo and conditioner commercials, his
hair is that luxurious.”

All the girls murmured their agreement and cursed his blessed hair.
“Anyway, he was in his standard dark blue jeans, black tank and his cut, but for some reason he looked extra special that day. I couldn’t stop staring.”
“Hormones,” Narissa said. We all nodded.
“Yeah, for sure. I did start my period that year. So he walks up and he smiles at me. He takes
his shades off and says, ‘hey there butterfly, you’re looking adorable in your pigtails, and then he lightly yanks on one of my pigtails. I literally melted on the inside. He has been calling me butterfly since I was six, because he said I would sit and then flit off a second later, and I reminded him of a butterfly. He’s four years older than me, so I never saw him as anything
other than another brother until that day. After that, I was a goner. Every time he showed up, I
made it my mission to basically climb all over him. I was always jumping on his back, or
hopping in his lap and hugging him. Seriously, the crush was bad. My birthday is in the summer. I’ve always been tall and lithe, small boned. I’ve been a small B cup all my life. Growing up with these two, can make a girl feel really inferior,” she said, pointing at Kimber and Cia, who would give p*rn stars a body complex. Narissa and Resa both nodded and
Kimber and Cia yelled ‘HEY‘ making Narissa, Resa and Tally snicker.
“It’s true and you know it. You two have amazing bodies. You’re big br*asted, your waist is flat, and you have hips and a*s,” Narissa said.
“Like you
don’t?” Kimber snapped.
“Yeah, I have big br*asts, and wide hips and a*s but I also have a stomach that’s rounded and fleshy. I may be fit, but I’ll never be skinny, and I am okay with that. I’ll never be under a size fourteen, I take after my mom. I’m not complaining, Jessie loves my softness.”
“Your man is so f*cking hot,” Resa said.
“Right! You should see his body. He’s got that lumberjack thing going. He’s strong and beefy.
He isn’t cut like we’re used to with the Lords, but he’s got muscle. And he’s hairy, his chest and
stomach and his a*s. I f*cking love his fuzzy a*s, it’s like I have my own werewolf. And he’s so f*cking warm. Cuddling up with him in this cold weather is the best.‘
“I’ve never seen a hairy a*s,” I said.
We all erupted into laughter.
“Okay, okay, back to Tally and Demon,” Cia said, and stared at her sister.
“Where was I?” she asked.

“You were talking about turning sixteen,” I said.
“Right, so I turned sixteen, we had a pool party and I had just bought this tiny red bikini. I mean tiny. I barely have curves, I have a pert little butt and little b–cup breasts. The top basically just covered my n*pples and the bottom had a triangle in front and the smallest
scrap of fabric covering my crack, so my cheeks were all hanging out.”

“Ohhhh yeahhhh, I remember this,” Resa whistles, Narissa, Kimber and Cia all grin and nod.
They knew what was about to happen. I was super intrigued.

“I invited all my friends from school. I was pretty popular, so I had a lot of friends. Some of
them were boys. Anyway, I walked out in a white t–shirt, my hair was in space buns, I got
daddy’s hair, my reddish brown hair has blonde highlights, and when I put them in buns, all the
colors showed, so I looked really hot. I whipped my t–shirt off and a bunch of the boys I had
invited whistled and cheered. I laughed and shook my head at their shenanigans.
There was this one boy, Mark. He was the quarterback on the Varsity team. He came over to
me and we started talking. It wasn’t anything important, just him wishing me a happy
birthday and he asked what my parents had gotten me. Just stuff like that. He asked if I
wanted to take a dip with him and I nodded. He put his arm around my shoulders, and we
were walking to the pool.
Ice, Joker, Demon and Narissa were sitting at the table closest to the pool. Ambrose looked
over and Mark and I were smiling at each other as we were walking. He blew up. He yelled at
Mark and told him to take his hands off of me. Then he turned to me and told me to go put a
real bathing suit on, something that didn’t show my naked body to the masses. My jaw had dropped. He’s never talked to me like that. H*ll he never talks. He actually looked betrayed. I told him no. I thought his eyes were going to bug out of his head.
He growled at me. Shoved Mark away from me, picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. He took me to my room and dropped me on my bed. Now, mind you, he’s four years older than me. But my hormonal sixteen–year–old body did not care. He was in a pair of swim trunks, and he was shirtless. I felt my n*pples harden, and I know d*mn well he noticed because his eyes flicked to my br*asts and he groaned. Then he turned and literally ran out of my room. The next thing I heard, his bike roared to life and I didn’t see him for the rest of the night.
For the next three years, I pined for him. I watched him every time he entered a room. I was lucky enough to never see him with a woman. He never brought one to a family day, or a club party. If he was f*cking someone, he never brought them to the compound.

unrequited love and having a big crush. No one knew I was in love with Demon, I kept that
close to my heart. When Shawn told me I was going on my first tour, I had just turned
nineteen. I knew I was going to be gone for a while and I had finally gotten up the guts to tell
Demon how I felt. It was my going away party. I was leaving in three days. I wanted him to
know how I felt, so I could text him and video chat with him while I was on tour. Build our love,
right? I knew how I felt and in my mind I thought he felt the same. He always acknowledged me when I said hi. He let me sit on his lap when I boldly sat on him. He didn’t talk much, but I
was okay with that. I talked enough for both of us.
So, I walk up to him and I say hi, and he smiles down at me and just says, ‘Butterfly‘ and I blurt, ‘Ambrose, I have loved you since I was sixteen. I know I am leaving for the next three months, but I want to text you and send you videos and pictures. I want to keep in touch and develop our love. I want you to be my first in everything, and I want to give myself to you
tonight.”
We all looked at her stunned. I looked at Kimber and Cia, I don’t even think they knew how
much she told him about her feelings.
“What did he say?” Narissa asked. “I mean we all knew you said you loved him, you told us that, but you didn’t tell us you said all that, and then you said he looked at you in horror and
but did he say anything?”
walked away,
Tears sprang to her eyes and I wrapped an arm around her.
“No, his mouth dropped open, then he snapped it shut. He made some noise in the back of his throat like he was trying to stop himself from spewing something, his eyes were big and round, and then he just turned and walked away. I was humiliated. That night and all the next day, I wrote ten songs. All about heartbreak and lost love. And that was my first album. I didn’t want any of the other songs I had written on the album. I wanted my heartbreak to be
the first, I needed to get all my emotions out.”
“So that’s why you hardly come home. Because you still love him, and you can’t stand seeing
him,” Cia said.
“I don’t love him anymore. It was eating me up inside, I had to let him go,” she said.
I had a feeling she was lying. I heard a noise behind her. No one else did. I saw Ambrose standing in the corner by the bar, the look on his face was of utter devastation. He definitely didn’t see me notice him, because I doubt he would have wanted me to see that emotion on his face. He quietly turned his shoulders slumped and went to the kitchen. I looked around, everyone was concentrating on Tally. I hoped they could work out their complicated romance.

Dashawn and all the men except Ambrose and Ice walked back in. I smiled at him, grateful that I knew how he felt about me. My man loved me wholeheartedly and, having that knowledge, I hugged Tally and told her things would be alright.
