CHAPTER 151: DARE TO LOVE ME A Mistake Part 2
Ashley
I grabbed my purse and decided to leave the house, driving lost in my thoughts until I arrived
at Tinds apartment.
“What are you doing here? And dressed like that, girl?” Tino opened the door, and I went
straight to his kitchen to look for water.
I drank from one of the bottles and turned to see him in a bathrobe with a towel wrapped
around his head.
“It hasn’t been good, I said, breathing after taking another sip.
“What hasn’t been good?‘ He approached me. ‘Oh, don’t scare me.” He took my hands.
“We did it, we made love, I affirmed and drank more water.
Tino’s gasp, followed by a gesture of astonishment, almost made me laugh.
“William followed me last night and made me get in his car. He played it smart, took me
home, and we finished…
Tino let out a yell.
“In my bed, I assured him.
His scream was louder.
“And we did it. He made love to me like no one ever has before. He drove me crazy. He’s so masculine, his hands, his lips, that it still hurts, I pointed to my groin with my hands.
Tino looked like he was about to faint, so I ran to him before he cracked his head on the thin
floor of his apartment.
Tm going to be sick!” He fanned himself, and I took him to one of his pieces of furniture.
‘Don’t be sick, honey. What have I done wrong?”
“What have you done wrong? But if it was good, he’s the man you’re in love with.”
Just then, Jessie called again, and I took the phone to show Tino the name.
“Oh my God, Jessie and her wedding to the man you spent a torrid night of passion with. Are
you saying it was good?
I sighed heavily

“It was the best night of my life,” I replied.
“But then, the handsome man can’t get married. He’s been unfaithful to his fiancée with you.”
“Don’t say it out loud. It sounds worse than it is. I promised myself I wouldn’t be the cause of another woman’s suffering, honey.” I sat down on the furniture and covered my face.
“I know, honey, I know.” He came over and hugged me. “You should have talked to him this morning after he left your house. You should have cleared things up.”
“He didn’t leave. I left him sleeping in my room, I clarified. “I didn’t think about anything. I just
came here.”
“I can’t believe you.” Tino took his phone. I heard him having a short conversation with Alaia and asking her to bring me some clothes to the store. I didn’t have time to go home; I had to take care of the store, and the collection. We had a lot to do that day before my birthday.
“He told me there’s no one at your house, and Will’s car isn’t there either,” he said, sitting down
next to me. He must think you used it,” he said, and I gave my friend a dirty look.
“Don’t be so helpful, man, I retorted. Neither of them knew what they were doing. “Come on, finish getting changed, and let’s go to the store. We have to video call Jessie from there.”
I walked into the store. Jessie’s name appeared on my phone screen, and I answered it.
After a couple of long hours talking to her and finally deciding on fabrics and details and feeling more quilty than ever for doing what I did with her beloved fiancé, we ended the call.
“That’s crazy!” Tino looked at me as we saw Alaia arrive.
I brought you your clothes, and I have to go check that everything is for tonight.” She went
into my office.
‘Of course, honey I greeted her with two kisses.
Are you okay?” She took my hands.
“Well, no, she’s not okay. She and Will spent the night together, Tino whispered to Alaia, and
she opened her eyes wide to look at me.
“Oh my God Finally! My cousin mused excitedly
“Thank you, thank you for giving me the chance to tell her myself, I said in the form of a
complaint to Tino
“She was going to find out anyway‘ My friend shrugged.
“And that’s not all Jessie called excited about her wedding dress, yes, the one she’s going to

wear on her wedding day with the handsome man who spent last night with this one We’re
not out of one, and we’re already in another He told her Alaia put a hand to her forehead and I went into the bathroom to change
“Speaking of the wedding, Nick has never mentioned anything about it I don’t know, it’s weird
My cousin was as lost as Tino and I were
“Well, I’m not understanding anything,” Tino looked at me
“Me neither I came out of the bathroom ready
“Tino, they called from the agency The models are ready for the castings, one of my girls
came in
“TI be there in a second,” my friend said, approaching us to say goodbye
“I’ll go with you,” I told my friend before he left
“But you have to get ready for your special day, my dear.”
“No, I need to distract myself. There will be time later,” I replied, and the three of us left the
store and said goodbye.
“Call us if you need anything,” I told Alaia as she walked to the car and smiled at us before
getting in
After a long day and finally selecting the models who would be walking the runway, I went to
the spa, we were running late, so we rushed everything to get ready in less time. Tino went to
his apartment, and I went home.
At home, I quickly got into the bathroom and took a shower, put on the white short skirt and
shirt set with details on the front that I had designed for tonight, looked in the mirror, and fixed my hair, but I stopped my movements when I saw my bed reflected in the mirror Although at first, my skin crawled as Fremembered every wonderful second I had lived with him, then i remembered that there was someone else between us and that he didn’t deserve to be hurt.
I closed my eyes, left my house, and headed to the event venue. Everyone must have been there by then, I had asked them to go ahead.
I got a call from William on my phone and decided not to answer. What were we going to talk about, that he was unfaithful and I helped him?
I arrived at the event and was delighted to see the tables and decorations in colors: rose gold, white, and lilac in metallic textures. There were some flowers in the same tones, everything looked beautiful. They had arranged a whole terrace for us, and I was more than delighted.
“Happy birthday.” Alala ran up to me with the little ones, and I happily received them.

“Thank you, I love you.” I took my little ones in my arms and saw that everyone who had arrived came up to congratulate me.
I ran into a couple of friends I hadn’t seen in a while and talked to them for a while, missing Tino. He should have been there by then.
“Ash!” I heard for a moment behind me and turned to see Tino, who had a look of excitement on his face. My phone announced a new call from Will. I saw the screen and moved my finger
to cut it off..
Just then I saw that William had arrived. He was at one of the doors, and I was left looking at him. He had one hand in his pocket and the other on his phone. He was serious and looked incredibly handsome. He raised his chin, and I bit my lip. He had seen me cut off his call before his eyes. He watched me, and I knew he expected me to talk to him. Well, there it was. I couldn’t avoid him forever.
“Honey,” Tino spoke to me as I started to walk towards William, but Tony whispered something in his ear, and my friend nodded, letting me go.
William walked to a part of the terrace that was empty and stopped, turning to face me.
“For as long as I can remember, no girl has ever baffled and confused me the way you have,” he spoke, and I felt the breeze caress our bodies. “And just when I think we’ve taken a step, you decide to disappear. What are you playing at, Ashley?”
“I’m not playing, Will. I don’t play with people. You can be sure of that. What happened last night was a mistake.” I swallowed a lump. It was a mistake, but it was also the best thing that had happened to me in a long time.
“A mistake?” he growled in annoyance.
“A mistake.” I sat down slowly. “Or how can you call spending the night with one woman when you’re going to marry another?”
