“I know that. Listen, I didn’t come here to stand on any toes. You just did what we couldn’t do. You stopped the monster that was killing all our people. You saved countless more lives. That’s why we have bought these buses to transport those men to wherever you want them to go.” She says.
“We’re taking them back to our pack in Louisiana. But there’s 8000 men sitting there. We’re gonna need more buses. And we’re gonna need somewhere to put them once we get them there. The dungeon doesn’t really accommodate this many people.” I say looking at Asher.
“Our dungeon consists of about 12 cell’s under the packhouse.” Asher sighs looking over at all the prisoners that we had.
“You could command them to stay like that at the new pack.” Freya suggested still holding my hand. And I looked at Asher.
“That would probably be the only bet right now.” I said and he nodded in agreement.
“I still think you need to be checked out.” Asher says.
“I’m fine. They never hurt me.” I say.
“You were held as a prisoner here for almost two weeks.” He says.
“Don’t worry about me. I just want to get this s**t sorted out so we can get home.” I say.
“We have transport coming for the bodies. But Jackson’s men are getting burnt. They don’t deserve any better after what they did.” Ashed explains.
“Okay.” I say. And Melissa looked at me a little uneasy at how we talked about the dead.
“Are you alright? You look like you’re going to throw up.” I say.
“You’re going to burn the bodies?” She asked.
“Well, we’re definitely not going to taint the moon goddess‘ sacred ground with them.” I say. And she nodded her head.
“You are all believers in the moon goddess?” She asked.
“Ivy has met her. It was while Ivy was in a coma. But still, she met her. And everything she said came true. Ivy was the only one that could stop Jackson. And she did.” Asher says, putting his
arm around me.
“Yes, we believe. There are a lot more to werewolves than people will ever understand. I’m not going to stand here and give you a lesson on us right now. But all you need to know is that the

enemy is dead. He was one of a kind. The rest of us, the ones that fought against him come from so many different packs that I lost count. We banded together to bring him down. because we don’t live like that. We don’t want humans dead. We just want to live in peace. We want to live our lives and leave you to live yours.” I explained.
“I understand. But the face is, the truth about werewolves is out now. No one can deny that.” She says.
“No. They can’t. But people can respect our decision to be left alone. We aren’t going to hurt you. Jackson killed the werewolf council but we are gathering a new one. We are putting it back together. Asher here is going to be one of them. He already is. After the council was killed Asher and other Alpha’s started taking over certain roles that the council did. And believe me, while we’re in charge, this will never happen again.” I assured her.
“Thank you for your help with the buses. And coming here to meet Ivy. She’s one of a kind.
There’s no denying that. But we still have a lot of work to do here. And I really don’t think you want to be here when we light that torch.” Asher says.
“No. You’re probably right. I will send more buses this way. So you can get all of those men back to your pack tonight. And get them under control.” Melissa says.
“They will definitely be kept under control by our pack.” Asher assures her. So she turns around
to leave with her guards. She was definitely scared about coming here.
“I think you got your point across.” Asher says kissing the side of my head.
“I know I did. But she was wearing a camera. In the button hole of her blouse.” I say.
“How the hell do you see those things? I didn’t even notice that.” Asher whines and I chuckle at
him.
“Sorry baby.” I say.
Once things got sorted out at the mansion we loaded the 8000 warriors onto the buses and
we even had police escorts to get them all back to our territory. And even though Asher had
bought a car with us, I wanted to run back. I hadn’t shifted since I got here and I needed to go
for a run. But Freya was taken in the car by Cole and he was warned to protect her with his
life.

“Don’t worry, my love. We will make that b***h pay for what she has done. We will get people
on our side again. And she will regret ever messing with this pack.” I say with a fresh bandage
in my eye.

“She killed my father, didn’t she? I can’t feel him anymore.” Levi says to me as I wrap the bandage around his head and covering his eye.
“Yes, my love. She did. But we will get her back for that. We will rebuild the pack. Bigger and stronger than ever. No matter how long it takes. We will ensure this pack doesn’t die here.” I
say.
“Where’s Freya?” Levi asked.
“I’m sorry baby. She left with Ivy. She wanted to stay with her sister. I asked her to stay with me, but she hates me. She has always hated me. So she left.” I say.
“I have to get my sister back. She can’t stay there with them. They will turn her against our father’s memory.” Levi growled out.
“Stay calm, love. This injury is still very bad. We will get Freya back. Don’t worry. She will be everything that we want her to be and more so. She will see sense when it comes to it. I promise you that.” I promised him. And he laid back down holding my hand with a faint smile on his face. He was going to be okay. And Ivy was going to die.
