“You did what?!” I shrieked at Luke.
“I saw her; she was alone, and I figured you could deal with her and then leave town. We don’t
need to deal with the Pearsons. They only said you were in their house. They aren’t the reason
you went to prison. We just need to deal with Addison and her attorney, Henry Cordell. They
were the real reason you went to prison. Let’s finish this, so we can leave here,” Luke told me.
