CHAPTER 132: DARE TO LOVE ME Are you having fun?
**Ashley**
Thank goodness everything was back to normal. After what had happened in the UK with Alaia, everything was finally back in order. My cousin had recovered, and that was all that
mattered. I had to see that jerk at a meeting I went to with my cousin. Well, wouldn’t you know
it, the i***t had decided not to talk to me, after he had insisted on being my friend and I had
allowed it. How had that turned out? Well, he had decided to keep his distance like I did at the
beginning, but come on, they didn’t even understand each other. And if that was how he
wanted to play it, then I would too, although I couldn’t get over how handsome he had looked
that day.
“Okay, enough!” my mind yelled at me.
“Erika, please make sure the organizer is aware of Alaia’s preferences and that nothing is
missing from her birthday celebration,” I heard my grandfather say from behind a column. I
had been avoiding being near him for a while now. Luckily, since he thought I was gay like my
friend Tino, he didn’t come near me much either.
“Yes, sir,” Erika replied, looking in my direction. Well, who else knew Alaia better than me?
I watched him go towards the elevator and hurried into my office. Erika didn’t take long to
arrive, and as Tino and I had been doing these past few days, we organized all the details to
make my cousin’s party wonderful.
“My warrior princess’s birthday will be unforgettable,” said Tino excitedly, clapping his hands
on the furniture for Alaia’s secretary to sit next to him.
Delighted, he began to go over the details, loving some and hating others. Erika looked at me
and smiled, shaking her head. After we discussed a few more details, Tino decided to go
shopping with Erika and the woman in charge of the event.
I laughed to see him so happy, leaving with them.
I heard my phone and saw Frank’s name on the screen.
“Hey,” I said with a smile on my lips.
“Gorgeous, I’m inviting you to dinner and maybe we can go for drinks afterward,” he said. The
first word made me laugh. I looked out and saw that it was already dark and I was still there!
“Well, that sounds good to me,” I said excitedly.
“Perfect, I’ll pick you up in 20 minutes. Bye, beautiful.”

CHAPTER 132: DARE TO LOVE M…
I fixed the jacket of my suit before going out and went down after I got Frank’s message letting me know that he was waiting for me downstairs.
Frank got out of the front of the car and greeted me with two kisses and a hug.
“Shall we go?” He opened the door for me.
“I’m glad to see you,” I told him, and he squeezed my hand.
“I’m glad to hear it. I’m on a flying visit, I’ll be here for three days, and I thought of my new friend in Los Angeles.”
“Well, I’m happy you thought of me.” I put my hand on his.
Frank told me about his latest trips and his work. It was the only thing on this man’s mind.
We arrived at a beautiful restaurant, and I looked around in awe. I needed to get out more.
We ordered and had a pleasant chat. He asked me how things were going with my father, and
I explained that nothing had changed.
“I’d love for you to come to the launch of our new collection,” I said, happy to be able to be
myself with someone else.
“I’ve marked the date. Nothing will stop me from being there,” he said, typing something into
his phone.
“Thank you.” I caressed his hand on the table, and he ran his thumb over mine.
“Your skin is very soft for a guy,” he commented, and I let out a loud laugh that attracted the
attention of several of those at the nearby tables.
Frank pressed his linen napkin to his lips, stopping himself from laughing the same way I did.
“Let’s go to the bar. I need one, two, three drinks,” Frank said with a laugh and stood up.
“Hey! Easy there, man, I won’t be able to get you out of here. I weigh half what you do.” I patted
his back, and now it was his turn to laugh.
We went up to an elegant bar on the top floor. I took a seat for myself. It had a perfect view of
the city. It was amazing.
We sat on the stools near the bar. Frank ordered a drink for himself and a cocktail for me.
“Impressive,” I said, looking at the view.
“It’s a perfect place for business meetings.” He got his drink and I got mine. I took a sip, and
that’s when he looked behind me and smiled.
‘William just walked in,” he commented, and my body froze. Couldn’t I get a break from him?

CHAPTER 132: DARE TO LOVE M
I discreetly glanced towards the entrance. He came in accompanied by three men and three
other women, stunning ones, by the way. They settled at a table that allowed me to see them. I
grimaced behind my glass when one of them suggestively approached William while they
were about to order.
I turned my face away and pretended I hadn’t seen him and went back to talking to Frank, who
was now talking to three men. Two of them, Chris and Leo, were his friends, and he introduced
them to me. The other was Daniel, a friend of his friends, who looked at me intently when I
offered him my hand to introduce myself properly. I closed my eyes towards him. I mean, he
was incredibly handsome, with dark brown hair, honey–green eyes, and beautiful lips. I was
sure his parents had made him with love.
We talked to them, but now and then I looked at William and his companions.
“How’s your night going?” Daniel asked, and I looked at him. Girls must have fought over him,
or maybe guys? I turned my head when I saw a multicolored bracelet on his wrist.
“Perfect,” I smiled at him and drank my cocktail. “This is delicious,” I said, noticing that he was
watching my every move.
“I’ll order you another one,” he offered.
“What is this?!” I thought to myself. A man, a hottie, polite and gallant, was looking at me like
no one had in a long time, but he was looking at me like that because he thought I was a boy.
Oh
my God! I was so lucky. He’d probably freak out if he ever found out my little secret.
“Thank you,” I said, taking the new glass from his hands.
He started talking to me. I told him that I was a designer and that I was from the UK. He
listened with interest, but I was delighted to learn that he was a gynecologist. A gay gynecologist. He sounded perfect to me. He was the perfect match for a gay guy. I mean, I had
never wanted to be gay in my life, until today.
The conversation continued. They were all wonderful, such gentlemen, and I was enjoying the moment being a boy. You know, men’s conversations were interesting. You found out that some of them did have feelings. I was already on my fourth cocktail, which wasn’t very strong,
by the way.
They walked away when a group of women came over to say hello, and I went to order another
drink.
“Are you having fun?” It was his voice. How had he seen me? Unbelievable.
