CHAPTER 103: I’m Pregnant Part 1
Alaia
I finished setting up an inflatable bounce house in the yard and checked how everything was
looking for my children’s party. I watched with a smile as the girls and Tino kept an eye on
everything. I shook my head, looking at Ash and Tino arguing about where the balloon
arrangements should go.
I felt Nick wrap his arms around my waist and inhale the scent of his cologne. “How did it go?”
I asked, watching Grace wheel Dominic’s wheelchair into the house.
“Not pleasant. He recognized my father when he saw him. What little remains of his face
showed surprise, but that was all. My father forgave him and told him that he hopes that one
day he can forgive himself for all the harm he caused,” he sighed into my neck and kissed it.
My heart broke for Dominic. “His condition is still delicate. He lost an eye. He has a policeman watching him day and night. A trial awaits him and many years in prison, possibly the rest of
his life,” he explained, and I noticed Dominic’s countenance. It wasn’t good; I hoped he would
cheer up as the day went on. Killian had reaped what he sowed. He could have done things
differently, but he went down the wrong path, and now he would have to pay for all the damage he caused.
I nodded and remained silent, feeling the warmth he gave me. “It’s perfect,” he said, and I
sighed when he kissed my cheek. He had recovered from the blows he suffered in the
explosion. He still had to go to checkups to make sure there were no future problems with his
health. He still had some bruises on his body, but I couldn’t be more grateful to life that he
was by our side.
“Well, I’m not so sure,” I said, looking at the difference between Alana’s pink arrangements and
Noah’s army tanks. I heard Nick’s laugh and turned my face to look at him.
“You just have to be sure that they are happy on their second birthday and the first that I will
be sharing with my children,” he commented. I turned in his arms and kissed him. Oh, how I
loved to kiss him. My body ignited when he made me feel his erection against my stomach,
and I looked at him.
“I’m addicted to you.” He looked at me flirtatiously, and I created a slight friction when I pulled
him in to kiss him again. His sound of pleasure made me smile in the middle of the kiss.
“Aly, princess, let go of that d**k already. You look like a couple of horny teenagers day and
night, my God,” Tino said in Spanish. “We still have to get the kids ready. They should be
waking up soon.”

“d**k?” Nick questioned, frowning.
I bit my lip, keeping myself from laughing. “I’ll go see if the kids are awake. Take care of
everything, in case something comes up.” I left a wet kiss and winked at him. Nick refused to let go of my hand, but I moved away and slowly released myself.
“You’re envious,” I told my friend, reaching them, and he laughed, pressing his lips together.
“I told him, but he refused to go see Tony,” Ash said, walking with us.
“But how could I go, daughter? If it seemed like it was going to rain and not pour with so many
events, like your failed wedding with the blond,” he looked at me, “and we had a quickie and
that’s it. I’ll live with that for a couple more weeks,” he commented.
Ash and I shook our heads and entered my children’s room, where they were still sleeping. I sat on the side of the bed and watched them sleep, feeling fortunate to have them, to be their
mother.
Tino and Ash prepared the clothes they would wear as they began to wake up. The first thing they did when they saw me was smile, and my smile was huge as I returned it. I coaxed them
a little to wake them up completely and get them all handsome to start the day.
Alana’s scream made us realize that she loved her decorations, while Noah jumped up and down and clapped excitedly.
“I brought a surprise,” my father said, entering the house. He came in with my little brother.
“Uncle Ayan!” my children shouted and ran towards him. They took his hand to take him with them. Ash and I could only greet him slightly since my children had monopolized him.
The afternoon passed. I had invited the women of the family and the children. I was happy to see them. I had also invited the girls; Elizabeth and Aithana with their babies, beautiful children, still months old, and they reminded me of my children when they were younger. Julia and Alany had also come. They had all come with their husbands and partners, men who could easily come off the cover of GQ magazine. Tino didn’t know where to look.
“But, what is this, sweet baby Jesus? What hunks! Are we at an American football game? Or European football? They are all handsome, but look at that giant blond,” he pointed to Alex, “the chestnut,” he pointed to Sebastián, “the other blond,” he shamelessly pointed to Ethan, “I’m flipping out and having a visual orgasm,” and the other one, “but man,” he pointed to Alany’s companion, “they are all hunks, delicious eye candy. I’m going to go talk to them right now.” He pushed us and walked over to take Nick by the arm as.he arrived at the group of people mentioned along with Will.
“My God, this slut is hopeless,” Ash complained, and I laughed.

My children blew out the candles while they were in their father’s arms, and we all clapped. Everything was smiles until I looked at my husband, who had his eyes straight ahead and suddenly looked serious. I turned my face to see why and frowned when I saw Bárbara walking towards the patio beside Sophia. The girl looked a little pale.
Sophia said something to her, and she stopped to start looking at those present at the party. One of the girls who worked at Nick’s house came up to him and announced Bárbara’s arrival.
“Tell her to wait for me in the office,” he asked and looked at me.
“I’ll go see what’s going on.” He kissed my hair, and my children wanted to go play, so he left
them on the floor.
“Who is she?” Ash asked, coming to my side.
“The girl who helped him with the fake wedding,” I explained, and Ash made a sound of understanding.
“And what is she doing here?” She crossed her arms, her eyebrows furrowed.
“I don’t know.” I inhaled, watching Nick walk toward the office.
The gathering continued. Twenty minutes passed, and Nick hadn’t returned, which made me feel uneasy.
“Ma’am,” Sophie came up to me. “I can’t find the games for the entertainers,” she said, and I remembered that the company had sent them this morning.
“I think they’re in the storage room by the stairs. Let’s go,” I said, and Ash came with us.
I opened the door, and there were the items that the guys we hired to entertain the party would
use.
We went back, and I noticed that the office door was ajar, which I hadn’t noticed before. I continued on my way until…
“I’m pregnant, Nick,” Bárbara said, and the three of us stopped dead in our tracks, but Sophie walked away, leaving me with my cousin, whose eyes were wide open.
