Después de terminar de hablar , acunó con cuidado al niño en sus brazos y subió al auto con él .
El conductor había acelerado al máximo , llevando el coche hasta el supermercado que estaba más adelante .
La mujer se sintió un poco avergonzada . “ No tengo dinero ” .
Cecilia al ver su situación le dijo : “ Espérame aquí , iré a comprártelo ” .
—Está bien . Gracias —dijo la mujer , y un destello de brillo se asomó a las profundidades de sus ojos .
Cecilia fue al supermercado y el conductor la acompañó .
Mientras caminaban , el conductor no pudo evitar advertirle a Cecilia : “ Señorita Smith , debe tener cuidado . ¿ Y si esta mujer es una estafadora ? Está embarazada y deja que el niño pase hambre . No parece una verdadera madre ” .
Cecilia en realidad también había albergado esa duda , pero cuando recordó el momento en que la mujer estaba a punto de caer , su instinto fue proteger al niño en sus brazos , sin tener en cuenta su propia seguridad .

Cecilia went to buy baby formula, freshly produced for newborns. She had even taken the time to prepare a bottle before giving it to the woman.
The woman clumsily fed the child.
Watching the scene, Cecilia couldn’t help but offer assistance. “Let me feed her.”
Upon seeing the situation, the woman felt somewhat embarrassed. “I’m sorry. I’ve never really fed a child before. I’m not very good at it.”
She wanted to treat the child right, but opportunities to care for the child were scarce. She wished to be a good mother, yet no one had taught her how.
Cecilia didn’t ask much. She simply taught her how to properly feed a child.

The woman’s eyes instantly welled up with tears when she heard the mention of her husband. “Don’t mention him! Don’t mention him!”
Tears streamed uncontrollably from her eyes, and in the next moment, she fainted in the car.
In a moment of panic, Cecilia urged, “Quick! Let’s head to the hospital.”
